At VisioEar by Slivor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original VisioEar packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
